the ways we come home

At The Remedy House, we see healing as an ecosystem:

body, psyche, and spirit. The ways we eat, move, rest, and connect are woven together.

looking beneath the surface

Together, we explore what you’re experiencing now, where you hope to be, and the patterns that may help us understand the distance between them. We make room for your health history, nourishment, sleep, stress, movement, surroundings, and emotional life—approaching possible root causes with curiosity and letting your lived experience guide the questions we ask.

Through integrative health consultations, ongoing support, and personalized Pilates, we turn that exploration into practical steps shaped around your needs. There is room for evidence and reflection, for the physical and the personal, and for spirituality in whatever form feels meaningful to you. The work is collaborative, evolving as your understanding grows.

Meet maya

The Remedy House grew from my own search for answers.

I know what it is to feel unwell without a clear explanation—to seek answers in conventional medicine and still be left with questions. Moving through addiction and recovery, and the unfolding experience of motherhood, deepened that search. These chapters changed how I understood nourishment, resilience, and what it means to feel at home in a body.

They also shaped the kind of care I wanted to offer: space to be heard, room for complexity, and support that meets the life you are actually living.

My inspiration comes from both contemporary knowledge and the enduring foundations of care: food, movement, rest, connection, and our capacity to begin again. I’m drawn to the relationship between our daily rhythms and our inner lives—to the small, repeated acts through which we learn to care for ourselves.
